These terms distinguish self-service digital products from service-led consulting engagements.
Website and digital-product use
SATUS content and tools are provided for lawful business use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or present SATUS materials as your own except where an applicable licence expressly allows it.
Digital products
Paid Focused Reviews and other downloadable or online SATUS products are self-service digital products. Product descriptions, licence terms and checkout information form part of the purchase terms.
Professional services
Comprehensive Diagnostics, executive work and consulting engagements are service-led and are governed by the applicable proposal, scope, invoice and engagement terms. They are not sold as automated digital products.
No guarantee
SATUS does not guarantee a particular financial, lending, staffing, customer, operational or regulatory outcome. Results depend on the accuracy of supplied information, evidence quality, implementation and circumstances outside SATUS control.
