End User Licence Agreement
A purchase gives the customer a limited right to use the product; it does not transfer SATUS intellectual property.
Licence
Unless the product states otherwise, SATUS grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital product for the purchaser's own internal business purposes.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, publish, remove ownership notices from, or create a competing commercial product from SATUS materials without written permission.
Editable materials
Where a SATUS product includes editable worksheets or plans, you may adapt those working copies for your own internal business use. SATUS branding, methodology and protected source material remain SATUS intellectual property.
